Elmfield Garden Design was established in 2011 by Landscape Architect Jo McCreadie. The business has grown a little since then!

Jo, initially studied Applied Biology at Hull University obtaining a BSc(Hons). Wanting to combine her first degree with her passion for drawing and design, Jo attended Sheffield University studying Landscape Architecture and gained a Post Graduate Diploma and MA.

After graduating Jo gained a wealth of experience designing and project managing large scale public realm, reclamation and regeneration projects in both the Private and Public Sector.

Jo now puts all her experience and knowledge in design, construction, planting and Project Management into creating the perfect garden for you.

Since establishing Elmfield Garden Design Jo has a couple of claims to fame….

Not long after she launched Elmfield Garden Design, Jo made a couple of guest appearances on the Television program “Phil Spencer - Secret Agent”, giving Phil advice on landscaping and gardens.

In 2018 Jo designed the Marshalls Paving award winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show Garden. Quite the honour and an amazing experience to have one of her gardens on Main Avenue at Chelsea!
